Tropical climate, hot and humid.
Leo is worn out, sweats a lot, his snots go down to his waist, he’s apathetic.
Leoparents (despite objections) connect him to the pulse oxymeter.
Saturation oscillates between 91 and 95 with indication to 94.
It’s not perfect, but it’s no tragedy either.
Now Leogranddad is being examined – result 92;
Leodad – 90;
Leomom – 87- 89 (!!!!)
Three out of four examined Leofamily members should be connected to a ventilator :-)))

Leo is making a comeback to movie screens!
This time in a sequel of the famous “Curse” from 2011 :-)
The latest film is called “Our Curse” for a change, because Leoparents got jealous of their son’s role on the last movie, and so together they’ve decided to play the leading parts this time :-)
The first screening is due this Tuesday, 28th May, at the Cracow’s Film Festival.
Feel very invited!!!

We would also like to thank everybody who helped us in the process of creating the film and most of all big thanks to Paweł Łoziński and Ania Kazejak and Justyna Król.
Complete failure.
Clearly, Leo has not forgotten all the past traumas, he drew his conclusions and decided not to be deceived ever again.
With a crazy scream (where there is will, there is a way!), he escaped his parents from under the razors…
in the worst possible moment. As a result, instead of looking like a proud punk, he looks more like a mangy nobleman.
Anyway, he can probably see it in the mirror himself…

Leomom stood at the edge of a cliff in the Andes
and looked as her backpack was falling into the precipice.
All her belongings were there, and they bounced off subsequent rock shelves faster and faster, becoming smaller and smaller and more and more lost. However, there was something that seemed to worry her even more than the lack of any kind of equipment in such extreme conditions. Something was wrong. And it wasn’t about the backpack
She woke up. The room was dark and quiet. She thought for a moment, and then the horrifying fact finally sank in: she couldn’t hear the ventilator whistling. It’s off! She looked at the pulse oxymeter. It wasn’t working!!!! She looked at the crib: Leo was lying completely still on his back. She screamed and ran to turn the pulse oxymeter on. Leodad woke up.
– Turn on the light! – He shouted. She rushed toward the switch. She was afraid to press it. She pressed. After a moment, the pulse oxymeter displayed the saturation number – 90.
Leo was sleeping on his back, disconnected from the ventilator, with rosy cheeks.
The failure must have happened a few, maybe tens of seconds earlier.
But what had happened? Why did both machines stop working? Could it be that Leo had reached to the ventilator himself and turned it off? Who turned off the pulse oxymeter? Leo wouldn’t have reached it. Did one of Leoparents did it in their sleep? And the worst question of all: What if Leomom had woken up 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes later?

Within a year not only has Leo’s attitude toward being outside (and in contact with grass) changed, but most of all, Leo has revised his attitude towards other children.
All of the sudden, he likes their company!
And so, during our spring outing he developed certain feelings (and requited ones) for two charming girls!!!
Both of them older; him shorter, them two and him – together they created a perfect figure.
He spent a crazy weekend with them: they played ball, fed horses, barbecued, went for walks, climbed, swung and jumped on a trampoline.
And Leomom lazily watched them playing from a safe distance.
Unfortunately, for each idyllic day he paid with a horrible night – Leo was too excited to sleep.
He would wake up every couple of minutes, sit on the bed and point to the bedroom door, that he wants to go there!
To the Girls!! To play!!! Now!!!!!
Leo pretty much kept up with the older girls.
There were only few moments when he realised he’s still a wee one :)))

Ladies, Gentlemen!
Enough of abstraction!
A mimetic era has now come!

P.S. First portraits (and self-portraits) appeared in Leoart already a few weeks ago. However, a completely fresh composition element appeared today – eyebrows (!!!!), legs and arms. The anatomic anomalies also seem interesting – the figure on the left has upper limbs growing out of the head just above the ears :)))
Spring has started, and so has the walking season.
It turned out, Leo has changed completely over the year – he mastered the skills of walking and transformed from a scared and over cautious and sensitive child into a curious and sociable boy who loves new experiences.
He is interested in everything:
cars, trams, street lights (a lot!!!), dogs, cats, drains, people…
He says bye-bye to every passer-by (seriously,
with each and every one!!!),
and then he announces to his parents that this passer-by is no longer there (the gesture: it’s not here).
Then he takes two steps forward and shows that somebody or something is there.
And then it’s gone! And so it goes on, every time with 100% involvement.
Walks with him are really time-consuming. Plus it’s hard to finish them. You couldn’t force him go back home even with mules, and every return ends up in tears. Leo hangs on the front door weeping :)
